The farm/s: Matari coffee is a collective coffee, which was collected from a group of farms in Saih Village, of Bani Matar governorate, which is located west of Yemen Capital city Sana'a.
Processing: The coffee is naturally processed on raised beds.
The region: Bani Matar district is one of the governorates of Sana’a City, of which the capital is one of its districts. It is known by its Matari coffee, which is grown on mountain terraces and in valleys at an altitude of 1700-2800 meters above sea level.
Bani Matar district is located 30 km to the west of the Yemeni capital, Sana'a. and it produces varies verities of Yemeni coffee such as Udani, Dawayri and Wardi.
