The farm/s: Hammadi is a collective coffee, which was collected from a group of farms from Bani Hammad District in Taiz City, that is located south of Sana'a.
Processing: The coffee is naturally processed on raised beds.
The region: Taiz is the second most populated Yemeni city, it is located in the Yemeni Highlands, southwestern Yemen, near the port city of Mokha on the Red Sea, with an elevation of about 1,400 meters above sea level.
Taiz is located 265 Km southern of the Yemen capital city of Sana'a
Bani Hammad District is one of the Al-Mawasit Governorates District, in the City of Taiz. Hammadi coffee is grown in the valleys of Bani Hammad's District, and it comes at the top of the list of other Yemeni varieties of the highest quality, and therefore the price per kilogram of it is higher than of most of the rest of the other varieties.
